WTF is up with Premier Paypal accounts?!

I just lost the sale of my intercooler because Paypal is fucking lame. It told me I was over my limit for monthly $$ recieves, but that I could upgrade to a Premier account. So I did, and then it started telling the seller I was unverified. But it didn't tell me shit! I looked through everything, and there were no flags, or anything else I needed to do. WTF is with this?!?!

I think you just have to give your credit/depit card info (doesn't charge it at all) to verify your address. That's all.

Don't feel bad man, paypal sent a payment to my bank of $480, 2 times. Once for an E-check that I canceled not 30mins after i sent it on Sunday at 1am, and they still sent it to my bank, dumb fuckers made my checking account go into the red for over $500 in over draft shit.
Good think my bank rocks, and fixed paypals gay ass mistake.
