Ok I got a bit more info. The supposed incident was on the 110 freeway which is in LA and a freeway I don't ever use. So there's another reason why it couldn't have possibly been me. Also when I get my copy of the ticket I'll check the time of the citation. If it's during the day more than likely I'll be able to give an alibi(sp?) that I was at work the whole day if the incident was supposedly between 630AM to 5PM by giving proof of my logged work hours for that day. If it's in the evening I'll be able to say I wouldn't have any reason to be on the 110 at that time after work.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Sounds like you're trying to prove your innocence..............:dunno:

Traffic courts are always guilty until proven innocent. :) You're convicted and you pay up until you can prove otherwise.

That's very true.
Oh well Joe. You're pretty fucked.
Nah, you should be able to clear that up in court.

I got a ticket 10 days ago because I "sounded like i was flying"
Told him I was going 30 (because i was, and it's a 30mph zone) but he gave me a ticket for 30 in a 20 because it turns into a school zone right where he pulled me over... all of this at 10pm. is it still a school zone at 10pm anyway?
I'm fighting it.

Joe, go hire yourself a good lawyer. Explain whats going on. Then go to court, take the time off of work, and record all the time you are loosing at your job / life.
When the ticket is proven ficticious, sue the county for damages and wrong doing.
Make them pay for your time they wasted.
