As i was browsing the UK MK3 Forums, i came across a table that illustrates how many Mk3's were ever imported to the UK (4031). Mine is an '88 model, and i've discovered that i'm one of only 141 owners of '88 N/A's left in the UK (that are on the road at any rate). In the whole of the UK though, there are only 468 Manual Turbo's left, and 688 Auto Turbo's left. EEEEK!!!

Are there any registers like this in the US as to how many were registered and still remain?

If you want to take a look at the table for yourself:

wow, we are part of a dying breed. in a way.

Not just in the UK too, it's not like more Supras are being made. After every part-out, and every accident, there is one less that can't be replaced. So this means you everybody! Fix your rust! Repair your BHGs!

BTW for you americans and the like, SORN means Statutory Off Road Notification. IF you take your car off the road without filling in the relevant paperwork, you're still liable to pay Road Tax. Without paying road tax or filling in SORN, you get your car towed and crushed without mercy.

I think about this everytime I see one getting parted. Especially when the shell is good with just a BHG. It great for those of us seeking great parts, but to what end guys. Fix your stuff and dont take the easy way out.:biglaugh:
