I can probally find that garage just by the mtns in the back ground. It is probally gonna be on the north face on the south end of the Salt Lake valley or in the south end of the valley. House 180-220k garage about 25-45k depends on builders. Quite frankley that is a tiny garage for this state.

Tiny didn't it say aroud 2300 sq ft? How big is your garage if you call that tiny?
