Would you dob in an illegal contractor?

Even if its to do with important stuff like building foundations for houses and the contractor does not have the right qualifications to design and do that sort of work?

I do not work for him....Just some guy trying to be all gangsta and thinks he can hassle his
way in USA and has friends who sell drugs.
By the way he does not have a family...He is just a single guy trying to rip ppl off.
He has a fake business card saying he is licensed. Usually licensed contractors have their contracting license on thier cards and thier trucks.
He has had complaints from customers who have asked for his license.

I mean look at China and India. China is pumpin out almost a million engineers per year and India about half a million and all we have is ignorant people who try to rip our system off. People who get a fake SSN and shit and apply for Benefits from the governement and get it. A friend of mine had his Id stolen and used to buy cars. I read a woman had her id stolen 81 times and used all over USA. They use the id and distribute copies of it to friends so everybody can use it.
This guy is gone because I am narcing on him. He can go back to whereever he came from and do his under qualified work back home and also pursue his gangsta career back home...

If the works good i would hire that person. If they are illegal then i would just simply paythem less than minimum wage. Gotta be like bigbuisness and save a dollar

I'm with Ian on this one.... Karma sucks in this situation.
Sure this guy may work for cheaper, but you'll pay for it down the road in repairs from shoddy work.
IMO this is a situation where you should hire someone properly qualified who'll do the job correctly and leave you worry free for many years to come.

I don't think he wants to hire him, I think he wants to turn him in for being illegal. But then again I'm not entirely sure what "dob in" means.
