once again i have expereince with customers who have done this. most of the suede interiors u guys see in "import show cars" are cheapy suede. after less than one year of driving, the black suede turns BROWN or worst case bleaches to an almost WHITE.

now if u buy the expensive material, it will last longer but i gauntee 200% u wont wanna know how much material u have to buy, and how much its gonna cost to wrap ur dash! :)

looks good on "show cars" but leave it with them only. dont try and turn ur daily ride into something u see at the local auto show. especialyl in custom/concept cars.

nick I think it looks like shit on "show cars" and it's ricey.

^^yea but they did not start the whole suede dash it's a rally thing to keep the glare out of your eyes kind of like puting that stuff under your eyes in foot ball

yup. well aware of its function over looks. but again, its WAAAAAY too pricey for the 99.9% of mk3 owners here and the work of getting a dash from another mk3(since after u do this, from the glue, u can NEVER go back to stock look) and then removing urs and insatlling a new one. VERY labor intensive.

great idea and will deffinetly set u apart form the rest, but for the price, u could build a 500RWHP+ mk3. ;)

its from american car and it does not flow with the car...
You guys really need to share the drugs ;)

It's a Z car dash ie 240z,260z and so on and is horrible.....

Looks like someone has somehow ran into a fat chick wearing jeans with the door open and hit her with the dash :nono:

Would look ok if the entire interior was in suede like that.
On our cars, it would certainly look good if it was in leather w/ leather interior.

Reminds me of a 240z datsun interior, but I agree it'll look pimp in a MK3 if it was made of the same material as the rest of the interior and showered with digital gauges.

That is correct, from a Datsun.

However, it's showing what a little custom work can produce. I think it looks very nicely done and not to "look at me".

It can give an old dashboard brand new life!

This reminds me of my brother trying to convince me to put wood grain in my interior. Like all wood grain, steering wheel, shift knob, door panels, dash etc.

So negative, I like my perfect condition grey interior.

It's a little to Ralph Lauren lookin' for me.

Looks like it oughta be in some cowboy/pimp pick-up truck, maybe with bullhorns mounted on the hood.

Where are the stirups?:sarcasm:

I think it would look nice if it was the exact same color as the rest of the interior.
