I have been dreaming of a swaid stitched mkiii dash for the longest time!!!
Sure, putting something like that in would be awesome for being the only guy around with that much custom work.
Now consider the CO$T. Ouch. I don't know how much that dash would cost to have done up, even if mass produced, but I bet it's up there. And then add in the gauges - big speedo, big tach, 4 smaller ones... I'll bet you'd spend $1500-$2000 in gauges alone.

It's a little to Ralph Lauren lookin' for me.
Looks like it oughta be in some cowboy/pimp pick-up truck, maybe with bullhorns mounted on the hood.

once again i have expereince with customers who have done this. most of the suede interiors u guys see in "import show cars" are cheapy suede. after less than one year of driving, the black suede turns BROWN or worst case bleaches to an almost WHITE.
now if u buy the expensive material, it will last longer but i gauntee 200% u wont wanna know how much material u have to buy, and how much its gonna cost to wrap ur dash!
looks good on "show cars" but leave it with them only. dont try and turn ur daily ride into something u see at the local auto show. especialyl in custom/concept cars.

I would love to have my dash like that not just dose it look good but it takes the glare from the sun out of your eyes
