Worth $1200?

Im looking at picking this car up, maybe this week. i called the guy and he said its got a BHG but it popped in his driveway so it never overheated. he said its clean inside and out but the paint looks rough to me.

what do you think is it worth 1200$..... Im not worried about the HG job thats cake for me now.

If the body and interior is really clean then $1200 is reasonable.

N/A and BHG........You can do better. In my opinion, if you are going to keep it N/A, you will have too much in it

if i get it depending on the condition and the way i feel i will either Fix and resell or tear it down and go 1j maybe 2j.

I got a 89 turbo with a blown turbo and MHG for $500

holy SHEIT!:aigo: these are the deals i always hear of, but i never find them.... it pisses me off, What i really want is a 89+ clean body, i dont care if it runs or not but this is the closest thing i can find.

haha, once i get a job...my friend has a CHERRY 91 white package NA with optional wing with blue interior..that needs very very minor work with a Blown motor(2 holes in block) for guess how much....
$220!!!!!
and my other friend has a rebuilt GE motor with 6k miles on it he will give me for free cuz its taking up space and has no need for it anymore cuz he went 1jz!!!!!!!!! i just have to go get it!!!!
NOW THATS A DEAL!!!!!!!!!

I should come to US to buy a supra, supras here usualy run at least 3k usd with blown motors, normal one's high up to 8-10k.

Back to topic, to my mind paint looks kind of tired from those pictures and it does not look like a great deal to me. Try to lower it to 1k

yeah thats what i was thinking i will not go any higher than 1k for sure but i really want to find a 89+ one.... i hate car shopping
