If you want an electric fan bad enough, hardwire your existing units. On an older 87 I had, I unplugged the high pressure switch on the A/C system, and wired in a toggle switch to the passenger compartment. It was a non TEMS car, so the switch went in the absent slot.

If you are stop and go, turn them on. If you have the A/C running, turn them on.

Flex makes a kit to wire these up properly, it has two fuses and two relays, one for each fan. It is cheaper to do it yourself. Don't use the little inline that comes with it.

Yea I went through 2 of them. Both left the same results as pictured.
Had it wired by a Certified Electroninc Tech. So it was done to FAL Specs the 1st cpl times. I got the parts from summit racing & they did refund me the $ for the wire kits. Worked flawlessly once I wired it into the stock aux fan location. Worked great in conjuction with the SOGI Fan rewire mod.
