i know the engine will start and run without the AFM, but it could also cause it to stall out. i had this problem with my car. the gasket in the afm plug was missing, i replaced it and my problem went away 100%. the car would start and idle (jumpy though), it even went WOT fine, but on decelleration or hitting the clutch from 2k+ rpm or revving from idle it would stall out.
i mention this because its probably the easiest thing to check, and cheapest to replace.
Can't we all just be right? :icon_bigg
