I know your mad right now, but please use some grammer.

I got a headache just reading your post.

It sounds to me as if some sort of electronic part doesn't want to run now due to the cold.

I would assume its a fuel pump. Check to make sure you have fuel pressure first.

If you do, check to make sure you have spark at all 6 cyls.

After all that, reply back to us.

CSI or might be the Igniter* i remember something similar happening to me, i believe it was the igniter, our electronics hate the cold ;)

crank and no start the first thing i would look at is the cps. jiggle around the wires and try again.
next, id pull off the oil filler cap and make sure the cams are spinning. could be a broken timing belt.
jumper B+ and Fp in the diag box and see if you have fuel flow.
check for any codes.
make sure all your ic pipes are solid along w/ the clamps/couplers.

Pull a few of your plug wires and check for oil......the valve covers love to leak or depending on how much smoke the valve stem seals like to go after a while and its most noticeable when its cold.
