Head volume is 40cc

Piston Volume is -19cc

Bore is 83

Stroke is 91

I'm a little late on this thread, but:

IJ - Are these numbers for stock parts?
I noticed you have piston deck as -.2 in a later post.
I know bore, stroke and head volume are, but don't know about the others.

Isnms: Sorry that was a brainfart on my part it is + and yes that is all for stock parts it will have to be adjusted if you've machined anything.

another question, should the hg bore size always be cyl bore +1 mm ??

so 84.5mm for .5mm overbore? or could i do a 84mm on a 83.5 bore?

There's no hard fast rule as long as it's not smaller than the bore size you're good to go!
