So what do you wire a killswitch to? The starter wiring, a battery wire somewhere? I never really put thought into it until now, I kinda have a good idea on where to place the button and its function, but Im wondering where I wire it to.

First rule is don't let anyone tell you where to put the switch, and don't take anyone's advice on where to put it. Keep it a secret 
Second rule is to make it fail proof. You want it accessable so if the relay or switch fails, you can change it easily and have spares with you.
Third rule is, make sure it kills the car even if the relay fails, meaning don't have it set to constantly closed, and then open with an alarm or something, and most importantly won't affect operation of the car when it is running, like the fuel pump or ignition.
Ok, one last rule. Don't install the relay under the dash, that is the first place theives will look. Look at the TSRM and figure out a good place to put it...

I need ideas here, some kinda help with this, as far as making it fail safe and excctly what to wire it to. I know about NOT letting ANYONE know where it is and such. Iw ouldnt post that up on here, even though the idea is nifty.

I am going to assume that you are not asking about an NHRA-approved kill switch, but rather are asking about a theft prevention kill switch...
My old '87t had it's kill switch wired to cut power to the fuel pump. I did this so it wouldn't reset the ECU each time it was flipped. The car would also continue to idle for ~ 10 seconds after power was cut to the fuel pump (so if I was hijacked I could flip the switch as I ran away from the car and the perp couldn't get very far).

or you can wire a momentary switch in line with the starter wire. hold button, turn key, engine starts.
or dont hold button, turn key and engine wont crank. neat trick.
