Does any one have the inside and outside wiring harness diagram for the fuse panel (inside and out)..

I am going to go out on a limb and guess that you did not change all of them. Just the engine harness which is 1. All of them would constitute a dismantling of the car as that is the only way to get the electrical harness out.

There is more than just two "boxes". There are two relay/fuse boxes on the driver side. Numerous Junction boxes, 1 relay box on the passenger side and a junction box, along with windshield wiper control. I should know as I have them laying on the floor in my garage.

you really did not need to do that
The electrical harness can be swapped between turbo & NA models without issue. If the dash did not work, that was just a replacement of the dash to get fixed.and who is "They".
There is no such thing as a reflash in these cars.
