is the window adjusted right?? How about try shooting water to see where the water is coming in from.
There's a thread her esomewhere with the part numbers for all the various grommets/washers and regulators for the doors/windows. I think adjustment is the issue for you and if you're doing that, you may as well replace that stuff.
I plan to do this sometime soon. Maybe we can get together w/some of the other locals this Winter and do a quick workshop on it.

I notice increased windnoise when i swapped mirrors. Part #67513/67514 is cracking around the top.

Doors and windows are where they are supposed to be. Water used to come in right above the mirror but I fixed that. It almost sounds like the noise is coming from inside the mirror. Not really that big of a deal, just an annoyance sometimes when I cruise without the radio on.
That part that JDM mentioned, the gap will widen and allow air through. You can squeeze it to lower the gap and and it will cut down on the noise.
