i'm not sure exactly what makes a drifter a good drifter...some have huge wings some do not... i wouldn't think there's enough wind to do much and why the hell would you want the car to stick anyway?

hmm....i sense sarcasm now. lol....

I think the wing as about as much effect as all the decals do. It makes people buy the products, they see a cool wing and a good driver and want it.

if you want rear traction you need a HUGE rear wing in drifting because of the slower more sideways speeds, i know someone will flame me for this but i dare them

I dont think any wing no matter the size is giving you any amount of down force when its sideways. Air hitting the side of the wing does what exactly? Not to mention drifting is rather slow speed, even with a well setup wing you need speed for it to be effective.

Wings in drifting = More sales of wings.

I don't think 70+ MPH sideways is slow. I do understand that the wing probably doesns't work when sideways but you have to remember that the car isn't always sideways..
