Fix and keep your hydro fan. I personally haven't seen a fan setup move that much air in a car..
IF yourHydro fan is not spinning fast enough, then there could be a couple of reasons:
1st, is the sensor plugged in at the bottom of the radiator? Are you using a 1jz radiator? The is a sensor on the driver side on the radiator itself. It is located near the botton. This feeds the signal to your Hydro Fan ECU.
Do you have a Hydro Fan ECU and is it plugged in?
IS the solenoid plugged in for the hydro fan? Do you have fluid in the Hydro fan reservoir?
