Ok, so my motor has been machined and they bored it .020 over and took .025" of the head and .012" off the block wich equals a total of .037" wich is .94mm off total.

-stock headgasket=1.37mm+.94mm=2.31mm

will it be ok to just round it down to a 2mm mhg? or will that affect issues like compression or cam timing. i have not seen any 2.3mm hg's for sale so i need advice on what to do

Cometic will just about make any custom thickness you would need.

BTW .025" is a LOT to take off a head...was it warped that bad? Toyota limits max warpage to .1mm = .0039" when facing the head. Machining .012" is quite a bit when facing a block too ;)
