Woot! grats man! you can argue HP vs. $$ and 7m vs 1jz all day long if you want. My 1j doesn't feel like its gonna explode at 5k rpm and I couldn't be happier with it ^^

Feeler post...

Anybody interested in a set of rx7 fd wheels w/ 245/45R16 tires? Will be putting them up for sale soon.

Yes, what kind of tires, what shape, how much?

I've really been out of the loop, lots of OT and projects on the house.
How's everybody else doing?

Ok, I bought these wheels used about three years ago. I had put new 245/45R16 Fuzion ZRI tires on them all the way around. Then two years ago I purchased two new 245/50R16 Nitto NT555r Drag radials for the rear. I've since outgrown them, and am moving to a 17" wheel.
Today at work I put the Fuzion's back on the rear wheels and took some pictures. I measured the tread of the fuzion's I put back on, they are at 8.5/32", which is almost new. Front are slightly less.

I'm looking for $300 with the fuzions or without. Plus an extra $50 if you want the drag radials.
I really don't want to ship these, so I'd only want a local pickup situation.

~5k miles. Probably around 8 passes. Never did a burnout before though. I do have to tell you that I had a puncture in one of them, but was able to repair it from the inside with a tire patch. It hasn't lost any air since being repaired early this year, and all my track runs were done after this, it has held up just fine.

I'm getting rid of these for some wider rims/tires.

Yeah I was debating on picking that up. It's either get my swap sooner or getting that thing lol

Do both if u have the room for it. I would in a second if I had a place to put it. Last car I parted out I made a killing off. That sure could help pay for your swap.

If i had the room and less projects I would def be on that! lol
I made a killing off my last parts car too, bought it for $250 made over a grand, but that was over a few months, and got almost $200 at the scrap yard for the shell haha
