why not 3000GT/Stealth brakes?

why do designers not put two calipers on a disc? they make multi-piston calipers, why not make multi-caliper brakes. one on the front and back of each disc. i know itd be pretty damn hard to get them to push at the same time with the same pressure, is that the only reason?

prolly space and cost, its cheaper to have one housing with multiple pistons then more making 2 housings.

making equal pressure is the basis of using a hydrolic system. making them put equal pressure at the same time is the easiest part of it.

not rly. Gas+full sized spare tire+ some normal subs. i thought that what everyone was doing now a days? Anyway i might ask my friend with the 3s to borrow his car for a day. well interesting opinions to say the least. thanks guys.
