1989 supra turbo after driving an hour and a half, with a misfire, how come when i stopped for gas that the car wont even fire? wiring harness is brand new, no codes? someone help me please.....

i dont really understand what you're saying... you drive the car with a miss for an hour and a half, then when u turn it off the car won't start up again? maybe you have a bad coil pack or injector
the wires to the coilpacks have been replaced, i swapped out my coils for the current set, and it ran a little better, with a smaller misfire. then now after an hour and a half, it will not fire at all on any cylinder, i heard that if there is oil in the cam valley that the cylinder will not fire, will that effect all of the cylinders from not firing? cause there is an oil leak in the #1 and 2 valley.....

Do you have spark?
check coils, cam position sensor, ignitor etc.
Do you have fuel?
check fuel pressure, check for leaks etc
Do you have compression?

both times i had misses, it was because of a faulty injector...i doubt the oil leak would cause that unless it managed to get in between the spark plug and wire
Uhh, spark plugs? No one has suggested this yet, re-gap them, if it doesn't cure it, buy new ones. Then go from there, cheapest solution first.
Cheapest solution is to not buy anything yet until the cause of the problem is determined by performing the above mentioned tests...

i already regapped, then replaced them, the wires are fairly new msd wires, i do have that oil leak, could it be vapor lock? im pretty sure there is fuel but im not sure on what the pressure is or anything, but i jumped the check connector to test the fuel pump and it ran, i listened to all of the injectors with a stethescope, sounded all the same, resistance all good, high resistance in the cps wiring, coils all a little high resistance inbetween pins on coils. 12v at each wire to the coils, i did paint the ignitor so maybe it isnt grounded well, ill check that
i went through hell replacing EVERYTHING in my ignition system awhile back trying to check spark problems, so i'll lend you what i learned from the experiance.
okay maybe i missed something but have you even tried pulling plugs and grounding them and VISUALLY seeing if you're getting spark at the plug?
if not.. then back probe the uhh... drivers side of the connector (while its plugged in and you facing the fire wall) going into each coil pack and verify that you have voltage hitting them (the correct voltage) when the car is on.

now that we've check all that.. here's where my gremlin was hiding so follow carefully.
CPS: harness side of the connecter about 4 inches back (hiding inside that plastic sleeve) was a nice crack in multiple wires that was causing grounding. cut, stripped and connected them and viola.. spark. ::happy dance::

if none of that helps.. start checking grounds.
