why do you make your supra fast?

Actually, it came fast. Since fast is a relative term. My car goes faster than most others, and rides wonderfully.

Passing power; showing people that MkIIIs dont suck, just some owners do. Showing how to go inexpensively fast; people will spend twice as much as me to get to where I already was at. Looks great, fun, etc. etc. Also a chance to test out new ideas and engineering skills etc.

Besides, the change in the look on the mustang/corvette/camaro/ect drivers face when I go from no-to-full boost and smoke the living shit out of him is priceless....

Because I wanted a car that you can't use the gas peddle like a toggle switch...you have to know how to drive to drive my 89 supra. And its not just another mustang...there are not many supras where I live

because there are too many mustangs, cameros, neon srt-4s, ect... in my town that think that they know everything about thier car just becuse they read the brochure the dealership gave them and think its fast, and know dick about thier car cause they decide to take thier car to the shop instead of learning on thier own.
