You have to EARN the ability to sell here. How do you do that, you ask? By being a member of the community... you need to participate, and you need to do so for a certain period of time.
Considering that you are selling your car, I suspect this is a community you don't want to be a member of. In which case there are many methods of selling your car that do not involve our community - craigslist, ebay, newspaper, put a sign on your car, whatever floats your boat.
