Hi,

I change the CT26 for a T4, but I can't boost more than 9.5psi. :aigo:

I have a Digital boost controller Boost controller (AEM True boost controller) and I setup to 18psi but with out luck

Turbo Parts install it:

Wastegate:
50mm Valve
Die Cast Body, Billet Steel Valve, High Temp Silicone Diaphram
Capable of supporting up to 1000hp, 10.15 Psi Spring

In the top, don't have any bolt! is normal???????

check for leaks. how does boost build? you will need to change your boost controller to recognize that its and external vs. internal wg.

Yep. Me thinks you didn't switch the boost controller from internal to external.

There is something wrong with your wastegate. There are usually 2 ports on an external gate, i believe you use the lower one.

Yep!,

My last setup:

I have the lower port to the boost controller.
the other ports unpluget.

The mornig test: 11.5 psi, but the boost controller is calibrated to 14  , so I have other wastegate, I will test for any leak, and also I will change the spring to 14.5psi. and see what happent.

Well from my experience with Tial wastegates you use the side port for a MBC or just connected to vacuum to run off the spring. If youre using an EBC it should be connected to the top port of the WG. But this isnt a Tial so what do i know..
