Why are these ARP Mains Different?

I bought this motor yesterday and I found two different ARP Main Fasteners. Every one is like the one on the left except for the one on the right. So why all studs and then one set of bolts?

I have never purchase any ARP bottom end fasteners so I'm not privy to what comes in the box; but, I can't imagine that this is normal.

Its normal, the oil pump wont clear the studs so ARP supplies bolts for that cap.

Correct, only one main cap gets the bolts- the one 'under' the oil pump.

The picture in the OP is of an engine that I found sitting in a guys front yard under a blue tarp and leaves. So sad... :nono:
