Wondering who's all running Greddy's E-manage ultimate on their 1jz and want to hear what they think of it. I'm considering it for my 1jz single build.

i am running it at 25psi with my gt40r.

and i dunno wtf the guy above is talking about, the greddy pressure sensor reads up to 43psi (http://www.mohdparts.com/emanage/pressure_sensor/index.html).

only things i don't like are that the 2step doesn't work without throwing an IGF engine code, and if you want to modify your ignition timing, you have to know what the 1jz basemap is, then add/subtract from that to get what you want, which isn't a big deal even.

Would I be able to run and intake plenum and 680's???

You can control much more than 680's with the EMU. The emanage blue alone has the ability to control 950's on a 1jzgte.

is it hard to wire up the greddy emanage ultima? or is it simple like the safc?

It's definetly not like wiring up and safc. It's more involved than that with way more wires. Reading the instructions is key. Or you can have a pnp harness made for your specific application to make the install easier and less of a hassle.

That's what I found out as well. Check out Greddy.com and when you get to the EMU page, there's a list for all of the harnesses made for plug and play.

Greddy didn't have one for the Jza70 harness at the time i was looking. So i had to have mine made by boomslang.

i heard the emu can run lo impedance injectors without the resistor pack is this true?

Not true. You need a resister pack. There are also 10 ohm resistors that you wire onto each injector harnes. They're like $3 a piece. Radio Shack has them.

not trying to hijack this thread but, i was thinking about going 2jge-t with running 7m electronics adn harness. could i use E-manage ultimate as a piggyback or would it be best to use another form of piggyback or standalone?
