I wonder why I have no wheel hop and still have stock arms, driveshaft, and subframe bushings?

The only time i ever get wheel hop is in the wet. Only when the tires start to spin, once they are spinning though, smooth as butter. Stock everything except I have B&G springs and Tokico blues

I know I'm necro'ing the thread a bit but I think my questions are relevants.

What is the difference between the Beech subframe bushings and ronniek's?
Regarding wheelhop: I have massive wheelhop when launching (it destroyed my R154) and spinning, but if it's spinning when going sideway, it is smooth as butter. Trailing arm? control arm bushings?.
I have a 1-piece alumnimum driveshaft, soarer R154, stock diff, 6 puck ceramic clutch, 17" advan RG with nt-05 (275). 1jz swapped early 89

thanks

I think the beech are basically solid spacers that fit between the subframe and the mounting points, eliminating any movement between them, while the RonniK bushings are replacement bushings that are stiffer than stock.

if you get massive wheel hop, check your trailing arms. If they are stock, they are probably bent. you can reinforce them, or suprasport sells replacements.

Keep in mind the bushings in the suspension arms can be shot as well.

Subframe mounting isn't going to be your cause of wheelhop (where did that info come from?)
