Who wants to start a Supra Commune?

This just got listed in the Salem Oregon area. Salem is only about 30-45 minutes from Portland, and is the state capital.

2 shops (one is very large with a loft for a total of almost 6000sq/ft of shop space), 7 bedrooms in 2 seperate residences, an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, 2 acres for...who knows what (anyone need space for horses or want to start a farm?), and lots of parking. There is a lease/option to buy on this property as well.

I already have 1 other person interested in just renting it and monthly rent for each person (assuming we had 7 people splitting it) would be $400 plus util's, not a bad deal for what it would offer. Anyone interested?

Ooooh, that would be so much fun! And the shops are big enough that everyone could work on their cars at the same time, so no arguing over who gets shop time. Too bad I'm stuck down in CA for a bit.

yeah I know IJ, wouldnt be possible without a good clear contract between everyone.

Hell I pay more than 500/mo and I dont have a garage, much less a shop and a pool and hot tub! It would be pretty hard to convince anyone to move to western Oregon right now as were coming into the gloom and doom season. Its a wonderful place in the summer though

Its just a pipe dream really, I cant see getting enough people together to make it work, but it would be alot of fun I bet!
