The real question is how much of that is actually good stuff? There's alot of boring and filler stuff out there.

In the interest of keeping SM from being shut down by the RIAA, I would suggest keeping this stuff to PMs (unless I'm mistaken and this music is legal to distribute freely).
Yes, but piracy and where to download music illegally is being discussed on SM in this topic. It's kind of a gray area, but should be avoided, in my opinion.
