I come from a land down under
I'm using a set of DBA Kangaroo paw Mk4 TT rotors back and front with AP Racing 4 spot callipers and the increase in braking performance and lack of fade is stunning!

I did a run across a mountain range here earlier in the year that I'd done with the stock brakes and there was no comparison, On hairpins I was floating the inside wheels so I was pushing it fairly hard.

I "lost" the Mk3 brakes a bit over half way down last time with the new brakes it didn't even look like fading.

At about the 75% mark I'd had enough and was sick to death of the G's and corners but there's no ALT route so you have to follow it through to the end!
(thnk amusement park ride that's fun for the first half then you just want to get off)

When I bought the car I was scared about the braking, but even with smoke pouring out of all 4 wheels, the brakes were capable of stopping me safely; although it did take quite a lot of effort

Nice to know that you can still be safe despite massive overheating. This isn't the case with a few cars I've driven. Any fade and you're in scary territory

Too long? I'm curious why you say this as a longer car has less tendency to come around where as a shorter wheel base can bring the rear around much easier.

Keep in mind to stay in stock class you'll have to run stock boost (as in stock boost control, not the stock amount of pressure which may be freed up by a larger dia. exhaust) You can run a larger exhaust and race tires in stock classes but I'm pretty sure the Supra isn't eligible for the street tire classes (at least not locally for me) They've voted to allow boost control in SP classes this year so I think I'll hold off on the brake upgrade to se if I like the ESP class.

FWIW-there's a local guy that runs CS in an MR2 and takes 3-4 in raw time often. Some peolple are just fast.
