Keith: You're safe .... (for now) ;)

Keith is not the average guy. He is at least 6'4? and I would guess 270 ish pounds. Am I close keith? I have a friend that is 270 and 6"4 which is why I guessed what I did. He can barely fit in his Supra :biglaugh: The only difference would be that my buddy is a muscle head.

once i used it to move the wheel up and got myself situated upside down in the drivers seat (yes it was reclined) so i could look under the dash from where the pedals are...i was laying there... then the steering wheel fell and pinned me. i almost had to yelll for help because i could barely get my arm out to unlatch it.....lol

i cant imagine what my parent would say if they came running to help me and saw me stuck like that....

Actually I am very comfortable in the Supra, probably evn more comfortable than many larger cars. I don't NEED to use the quick release but it does make it a bit easier to get in and out.

I've driven my 89T to Vegas and back 9 times for the annual SILV events - only missed the most recent one because I had too much stuff to haul and had to drive an SUV. Each year the drive to Vegas and back is relaxing and comfortable. Even after 13 hours of driving with breaks every four-ish hours I was still relaxed and comfortable. I can tell you that driving the Trailblazer down this past year I did not feel as relaxed and comfortable at the end of the drive - I WAS ACHY AND SORE!

Yes, even at 6'4"ish and somewhere between 250 and 270lbs the Supra is the most comfortable car I own and likely the most comfortable car I've ever driven. It is even more comfortable than my Solara convertible.

i tried it without the thing and i guess i too just got used to it...i'm fine without using it unless i have to park near a close car or in my garage where we have 2 other cars... the huge door makes things a bit more complicated when i can barely open it

at school i have a perfect parking spot...there's a hatched yellow line section thats there so the janitors can open the gate...so i park partially in it or right next to it and i can swing my door open nice and wide most of the time. :D
