While true, It could merely be the wear sensor on the pad is .01mm away from the rotor under normal conditions, and turning either causes the caliper to slide and the pad contact the rotor, or the pad to slide inside the caliper and contact the rotor.
Either one is g-induced and causes a squeak.
All I'm saying is wheel bearings typically don't squeak or squeal. They hum or growl.
