Which strut bar would you use?

Local member (zoonen) tried to use the MK4 trd stb and it didnt work. it will need some extensive cut and reweld to work.

the cusco is a great bar from what ive seen. the greddy/trust bar is the usual one that we use and its great overall minus the minor rubbing on the intake manifold.

its just a freakin strut bar...

1) they dont do very much on OUR cars with the way our suspension is setup and works
2) its 90% looks which is an opinion so just get what you like

i have the CPracing triangulated strut bar that ties into the firewall but i dont think they make em for mk3s anymore.

The TRD is NOT a BOLT ON like a few have said. mounting brackets have to be cut and rewelded.

Well damn, that is really good to know. I do like the way the TRD looks better but its not worth it to me if I have to cut and weld to get it to work. BTW, thanks to the guys that pointed that out. Ill go with the Cusco CF bar then.

can some one explain the suspension setup on an mk3 supra to me and why a regular strut bar wouldn't do anything?

I think the fact that Jose of DriftMotion snapped a front strut bar in half shows that there are forces placed on one.

Exactly, and in terms of looks the TRD is way more stylin' in my opinion.
