you guys are terrible! fastsupralife, no do not move/remove your afm (its not a maf sensor) no matter what bov you have. second there is a reason that people go after market, and no its not just the "cool" noise. its because that, properly adjusted, an aftermarket bov can perform just as well if not better than the stocker. next is because the stock bov is a peice of crap even when new and will not last with higher boost pressure. lastly the stocker, if vented to the atmo can and will leak air and make your car run worse than a properly setup bov.
add to this that most bov's on the market allow you to recirculate if you choose there is no reason to stick with the stocker.
