I was wondering if they're was a site that sold basic 1jzgte parts like all the sensors like the coolant temp (etc). (kinda like an Autozone that carries 1jzgte parts) lol.

Welcome I see you're new here. At the top of this section there are links to different places that you ca find parts, or at least it use to be there. The best spots I have found would be Driftmotion.com, eBay, Supraforums, Supramania, and clublexus.
You have to remember that many 1JZ parts are also 2JZ parts. Here are a few examples. Front main seal, Rear main seal, water pump gasket for the non-hydro water pump, oil pump, rear sump oil pan, (7M-GTE) valve cover agskets fit the 1JZ, 2JZ are different. Coil packs, Coil pack connectors are the same, and many more items.

i use driftmotion for nearly everything... awesome people great to deal with... and theres always the dealership...
a TIP most 2jz parts work for the 1jz like sensor, water pump etc can be found at autozone but may need to be special ordered depending on the part.
