Where to buy power steering rack bushing?

I used Ricochet Polyurethane on ebay for my steering rack.

90 durometer polyurethane with some added reinforcement material.
They fit perfect and don't cost much.
They say they are USA made, I can't verify this but would be a plus if true.

Superpro also makes very good quality bushings.

I tried Ricochet Polyurethane just now,.."NOT found" (I did the "copy/ paste" bit)
"Bingo" Superpro, has them $40.00

I just installed the SuperPro bushings on my car. PITA, they do not flex as easy as the factory rubber so reinstalling the rack clamps were a royal bitch. For me at least.

Not that hard really, you just use another tool to slightly compress the clamp enough to engage the bolt threads.

I had a bitch of a time with rack bushings as well. Ive used both Ronnie K's, and Ricochet.
I returned the Superpro, because they were too hard to install, but that's just me.
