Where is your peace?

Working on my car brings most of my peace these days...

having future plans for it, and knowing that those plans will succeed.

Sitting in my car and hearing nothing but exhaust and the wind blowing (though with this stupid creaking as of recent, I have not had the wonders of this feeling)

Sleeping after an exhausting day...

Being out of MD, knowing that no matter what happens, or who needs me... I am so far away that it doesn't matter.

Cuddles from my boy, they make the entire world and all my stress disappear for those few moments.

Driving on the freeway at dawn, this morning was pretty spectacular and calming...

Hanging out with my brothers... They mean more to me than anything else in this world

Driving anywhere, at any speed, where I'm alone on the road as far as I can see infront of me and behind me... just me, the car, and the road. That is my personal utopia.

Shower in total darkness, cant see anything but feel and hear the water all around you. Add a girl and I found heaven.

Brillance! I'm going to try that with the gf...

Heres where i find my peace.

1. The Aristo all washed up, clean, ready for a cruise. I roll down all the windows, open up the sunroof, put in my favorite jams on my mp3 head unit and take a 40-50 mile cruise down the gulf coast.

2. mp3 player in my ear playing incredibly loud amounts of static-x while im doing some heavy lifting. getting a good muscle workout while jamming out is my heaven.

3. Captain Morgan Tattoo, some coke and hit up the beach at 3am on a warm texas summer night. completely desolate and empty..just me and the water and possibly a hottie with me or a close friend.

4. Taking the Aristo to the Texas hill country in central texas. Hundreds of miles of twisties and empty roads. The scenery is captivating and incredible...the twisties are sure to challenge your ride.

I usually play and write music. I can go anywhere now because i have my old guitar amp rigged up inside my supra so i can plug in and watch the morning sunrise. Aside from that i cruise, and take a nap somewhere where i can hear the birds. it's nice to hear them every once in while... living inside a busy city sometimes makes you lose touch of those things.
And more times then not, we get a couple of friends and get a game of paint ball together. Not so much peaceful as it is stress relieving.

Nothing like cruising on a crisp autumn morning, where the sky is clear as far as you can see and its just cool enough to need a long sleeve shirt, but you still wear a short sleeve shirt.
