Where I stand and where I should be...

As of right now my 90' 7mgte is as follows,
Stock rebuilt engine 145-150 psi compression on all 6, HkS SMF Intake,
stock everything else except rims, shaved down calipers for rim fitment (ENKEI RSE). Now for issues, while running, the car will idle perfect for about 3 mins then drop off and nearly stall w/o every actually stalling. Also then the smoke starts, smalls wisps of smoke will spew from the exhaust although it doesnt smell sweet like coolant! The turbo has been checked for play (perfect) and still spins very freely. Also my headlights will not pop up. Oil is good not grey or frothy. And finally orange crud spits out the exhaust while revving. Please tell me what I should do next or help me decide wat the problem is.

Noone has a perfect running Supra. If you have rust coming out of your exhaust then I'd look into a few things. But first, Try these links:

Coolant getting into the exhaust?? check level in radiator/ tank, mark it then let it warm up on a short drive get on it a few times. And check the overflow tank for pressure let it cool down overnight check to see if its still at the same fill levels if not sorry about your luck.

You could be lucky though and if the smoke is black you just might have a vacume leak or bad air meter.

what color is the smoke ??

Yes I got a 52 on the check engine( I think ) I do know that it was engine knock but I switched to supreme gasoline and it sort of disappeared. Also what is wrong with my post 88? I mean I never realized that perfect grammar and spelling was illegible. Perhaps you should start acting like an adult and stop harassing others for attempting to show confusion and exclamation @ the same time (!?!?!?!) as it is difficult to do so without actual audible speech.

I have nothing against the way you posted, but others do. If I had a problem with it PERSONALLY I wouldn't have replied at all, I would've just ignored you. I know for a fact that posting in a grammatically correct manner gets your posts replied to. I was just trying to help because, like you said, you needed it.

Also, what I meant by post like a mature adult was not meant to be an insult. I follow that rule of thumb, but I am only 19.

What I don't understand is why those who have a problem wouldnt say anything Anyways I seem to have a problem with my car which is why
I originally posted could someone please help me with the car rather than my Language Arts?

White smoke is not always a cause for alarm, if it doesn't smell sweet like coolant as you say, it is most likely condensation in your exhaust heating up and turning into steam

Now for issues, while running, the car will idle perfect for about 3 mins then drop off and nearly stall w/o every actually stalling

Check your AFM temperature sensor and your water temperature sensor, also check your CPS, and TPS

Also my headlights will not pop up.

Check your integration Relay #1 (It's the blue box underneath the dash)

And finally orange crud spits out the exhaust while revving.

If orange crud is coming out of your exhaust I would suggest checking a few things.
-Catalytic Converter
-Rust in your exhaust that heats up with the conedensation in the exhaust.
-Coolant if it is Orange (Which would be a no-no Dexcool = Death)
