I *think* he's talking about the signal line for the bypass valve... would help a fair bit if the hose he's referring to was highlighted or circled or something, as there are a fair number of hoses in the photo.
If you are talking about the small signal line that goes from the BPV to a hardline in front of the 3000 pipe, to a rubber elbow that shoots straight down past the fuel rail and between the intake and the head, it connectes to another hardline on the fuel rail, scoots down under the intake, changed to a rubber hose that fires almost directly away from the block, turns back into a hardline that runs along the bottom of the intake and curves up around the front of the intake, then a very short rubber piece that bends over to a big hex style port on the front of the manifold.
