Where Does this go?

Where does this Ground wire connect to? And am I missing a brace that goes to those two holes in the pic?

Pics 1 and 3 looks like power wire to starter. Pic 2 should be ground "B" for ECU. Should have 2 white with black tracer wires and one brown wire with round eyelets to ground on intake manifold.

The cable is coming from the negative side of the battery.

If it's negitive it goes to the block. But that doesn't look like a negitive.

The second pic there is supposed to be a bracket that goes from mount to intake manifold.

That is the positive cable on my car!

Yes, there is an intake manifold brace that belongs in that second pic.
