Yeah. I went under again and still can't find where it goes. I looked on the rack and I didn't see any wire hanging loose. I'm pretty sure my PPS wire is connected on the driver side. It's with that bunch of connectors that branch off with the diagnostic box.

yes, as mentioned before; PPS is on the drivers side.

do you have a picture of the connector where it enters the harness? depending on what other pig-tails this connector is bundled with will tell you the area that it belongs to.

for instance, if its bundled with just the oil pressure sensor wire, it belongs down on the side of the block. but if its bundled with the other coolant temp connectors, it belongs in that area. Toyota was smart about that.

they wouldnt bundle a wire with one set of connectors if it was meant to plug into a completely different area of the engine.

I'm swapping from a 87 to a 91 shell, and in doing so, I bought a brand new GTE harness. I was looking over the plugs (just to verify things) and yep, It has one there as well. Bundeled w/ the oil pressure sender wire. Cant find it in the TEWD either. I have looked @ another 91 GTE, and it is also hanging. Airbag wire would be on the body harness BTW. I can only assume it isn't used in USDM vehicles!?!?
