Hi guys. It seems like our wheels are both hub and jug centric. I'm running MK4 wheels. The front can benefit from wheel spacers. Is it reccommended to use washers as wheel spacers? What have you guys done?

H & R makes a 15mm, w/ extended studs, and remains hub centric, perfect for the fronts, and the look you are after. KWNate payed $140.00 for his, from Les Schwab. H & R is in Bellingham Wa., so that is a bonus for us!

The H&R are hubcentric while the Project Kics are not. There are also plenty of great domestic spacer products out there. Spidertrax spacers are 1.25" hubcentric with separate studs for Jeeps (not sure if their lug threading matches ours).

Actually you can get rings to make the Project Kics hub centric. I like the project kics spacers and will get them as long as i need spacers.

I was reading the other thread but did not see anyone mention anything about tire sizes for the TT wheels. I was thinking of going with the Project Kics spacers since I dont have them in 20 mm for the fronts and 15 mm rear but dont know whether it would work with my tires since the fronts have 245s and 285s for the rear.

Anyone???

Hmmm I think it should work fine. I had 8mm spacers on top of my 20mm spacers.. so 28mm in the front and 23 in the rear. You can just measure the gap between your wheel and the fender to see how much gap you have. That should give you some what of an estimate to what spacer you should get. Right now I have 275's in the rear with 35 offset so to make that for TT a 15mm spacer would work perfect unless you are stupid low like me... lol.

Do your tires sit flush with the wheels or do the bulge out? I had 235 and 275's on mine and they were fine. They are falken tires, ZX-512.
