Wheel question

I ordered some wheels about a month ago. I just heard they missed the boat so they're taking another 45 days. The size I was going to get are 8.5 in the front and 9.5 in the rear.

I found a new set that I like but I can only get them in 7.5 and 9. We're talking 18 inch here.

Would that cause any issues having the front so much smaller than the back? I know its only an inch an a half where the other ones I want are an inch difference but I just wanted to run it by you guys first.

I would think it depends on what style of drivin you're gona be doing.

Straight line acceleration you want smaller tires in the front.
for any other type of driving I think you have to have them a not too much different than the rears cuz that'll affect cornering.
