on a 9.5 inch wide wheel what is the perfect offset for the back of the supra and how deep is the lip. can you get a 4" lip wheel to fit on the back or is 3" the biggest for the supra? also what about a 10 inch wide wheel

wow, this must be the 10th wheel offset question this week.

once again, offset has nothing to do with lip size. you can theoretically have a negative offset and zero lip, and you can have a huge offset and a huge lip. they have nothing to do with each other.

for a 9.5" wheel in the back, an offset close to 40 would be considered pretty safe and close to flush looking. people have gone lower to around 35 but imho you are risking rubbing and might end up needing to roll the fenders.

for a 10" you will probably need to roll the fenders. a 40 - 45 offset should work but you will be pushing your clearances on both sides.

I have 9.5's on the rear with a 35 offset, I believe. They fit perfectly.

is your car lowered and how buig are they? by the way how deep is you r lip on the wheels

Car is lowered on H&R springs. I had 285/35/18s on there last year, this year I'm running 245/40/18s...no issues with either size tire. 3" lip, I think.
