I'd say the first tire sizes but up to you. second sizes profiles may look a little bit strange being so small and stretch will be increased with second options, which may help with you not wanting to roll your guards. either way has pros and cons but I would go with the first options.

Did you get the 9.5's or 10"? post photos of the fitments as well, pretty sure that will rub on the front fender from what i have read on this forum, depending on how low you are

I bought the 9.5 +30
I think i will go with the 45 and 40 height set. Rolling the front look almost easy if there is a clearance problem and rear should fit (hella flush with the guards...)

Grandavi :your offset and rim width?

17X9 ALL AROUND ET28 (offset) powdered coated.

This is what I am planning also. Would you make any changes if possible? Did you end up lowering your car more and did it rub, thanks

Why the 45 in the front and 40 in the rear? Why not 40 in the front and 45 in the rear??

I ordered the xxr 521 (they are shipped now). 18x10 et 25 all around.

Can i choose 245/40 in the front and 255/45 in the rear? I have Koni's with Intrax.

This is 255/35 and 255/40. I think i want to have a little bit more stretch.

Or is it better to choose 245/40 and 245/45. Or 255/35 and 255/40??

I end up with 235/40/18 and 255/40/18
If i'd go with the 235/40 and 255/45 like you said, id would have been a 6.4% difference between front and rear. It is a 2.5% difference with the set i choose (i dont want a muscle car look)
I choose the 235/40/18 in the front because i think it will be easier to fit my 9.5 +30 wheel instead of 235/45/18. But i'm not sure on that one, i dont know how the tire will fit on the 9.5 inch wheel...

I forgot when I looked at my size (and a lot of people do... ) that the number 255/xx/18 The xx is a percentage of the 255...
I had the same though when I though my 255/35 would be lower than my 235/40. Took me a bit before I realised I wasn't thinking straight

Finally, i received my wheel.
Model : Varrstoen 1.1.1
Rim size for all 4 : 18, 9.5 width ,+30 offset
Tire : front 235/40/18 Rear 255/40/18 Yokohama avid enVigor

In front, I will need to roll...or push where the 2 screw tighten the plastic inside guard and it should be ok, I hope.
In rear, i'm not sure at all. I tried to compress the wheel and it look like it will clear. I also tried to jack the car on the opposite side to compress the wheel but it look it doesnt camber the same way so I dont know if its a good test. Let me know please.
I would also like to know if i should keep the rear wheel that size or go with the 245/40/18 instead of 255. It would help to clear the rear lip + car height will be more even front to rear.

How much is your supra lowered by? or distance from ground to underside of chassis rail. Cheers, fitment looks good to me, nice and flush without being too extreme

5 1/2 in front and 6 1/2 in rear (in front of the rear wheel). This is from the ground to the lower part of the chassis (the lip)
The difference is due to my rear tire being taller

OK guys. I have a question. I finally found pictures of the rims I want on a MK3. I forget who is the owner of this car, but I know he posted in this thread. Basically I want Work Emotion XD-9s in 18x10 front and rear. The only thing is they only come in +38 and +18. This guy is running +38 front and +18 rear, my question is, can I run +38 front AND rear? It seems with the +18 in the rear, he is using very stretched tires, and I don't want to do that. I want to run fat tires in the back, so I figured +38 front and rear will allow me to run that fat tire in the back. Do you guys think this setup will clear a shock/spring setup with rolled fenders? I want to avoid pulling. Here are pics of the other guys setup with +38 front and +18 rear:
