Wheel Bearing? (video included)

I am wondering if this sound is due to the slotted/cross drilled rotors and pads or its a wheel bearing. I am guessing a wheel bearing. I also always hear it after I start the car and make the turn out of my driveway.

Could it be the dust shield? maybe bent?

To me that's exactly what it sounds like but I don't know what's actually rubbing as the wheel spins free...

Doesn't sound like a bearing to me so much as a dust shield or something. It may only be hitting when the suspension is loaded. Get it up in the air and double check everything in the area.

I'd check the brake pad wear indicators (squealers) first. But also check the bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket. If one of those bolts is slightly too long, it will rub but only while turning.

Look for the scrape mark on the rotor. That will at least tell you how far from the hub to look.

Once I picked up a small rock which lodged itself between the dust shield and rotor and made a terrible noise.

To close the loop on this thread, I finally got around to inspecting the brakes. I found several small cracks in the drilled holes on the slotted/cross drilled rotors that are causing the noise. Guess it's time for the Wilwood BBK I always wanted.......or just buy new rotors
