I woke up around noon, watched a movie with the girly and had some leftovers. Then went down to the shop and pushed the Supra to where it's going to sit till I have money to work on it. Messed around on the truck a bit and then came home and went to work. Then came home and played guitar and ate, and am now sitting here.

It would appear that he's making a replica gauge cluster, possibly to hold aftermarket gauges, but retain stock layout.

PS: What the hell is this with people being around like 1 month and having more posts than me and rep points out the ass? Sheesh.

Yesterday, I washed my subaru for the first time in a loooonnnggg time and my god, it's white under there...
I quick waxed the hood, and thought about the rest of the car. Didn't.
Investigated my rattle, confirmed the left front caliper is like, loose in the bracket... needs a new caliper. I'll live with the rattle :icon_razz
Cleaned up my garage a bit, and stared at the supra for a while.
Stared at the supra some more while laying underneath it.
Planned building the rotisserie for it
whined about not having a welder
went to wal-mart and bought some scuff pads and flat black paint, went home and removed some of the lettering from our 6x10 enclosed trailer and got to work painting it flat black. flat black over white is tough btw.
then, whored a bit of sm.

today, glorious work. where I am now, posting.

I spent my day doing wire-tuck.

-Relocated engine bay fuse box to interior by ECU
-Rewrapped engine harness, it's the size of a pencil now.
-Ran all body wiring through the fenders
-Relocated relays by washer bottle
-Vacuum block
-Hidden clutch cable
-Headlight wires through fenders

Now all you see is my motor, plug wires, battery cable to the starter, throttle cable. No wires in sight! :D Now I want to do it with the 87T supra.

Only downside? My 1.6L looks even smaller. :(

I don't have a camera at the moment, but when I get mine back I can get pics.

I can show you the crx that inspired my tuck, though!

Installed my aftermarket coolant resivoir tank, still checking the catch can to see if it's starting to build up some sludge, and been driving around in the supra enjoying the good weather.
BTW, the cluster looks like it's gonna have some potential. Keep us updated on that is I might be interested in having you make me on since you have the mold, just let us know what type of gauges you're going to be running that way I can make a good comparison with what I want. Good luck.
