first car I've owned was a '90 RX-7 TurboII. I sld it and bought a '02 Protege5. Sold that and bought a '99 CRV, then bought a '99 Accord Coupe V6, then sold thos an bought a '02 323ci with M3 conversion, and bought the Supra. I sold the BMW for Supra parts and then bought a '96 626 for a winter beater. Im selling that in about a wee and buying a Pathfinder or QX4 for a daily driver. That'll be after I finsish the Supra.

My first car was a 64 Chevy Malibu. The engine had lots of valve clatter, was leaking oil from every place that oil could leak, and burned the hell out of the oil that didn't leak.....but it looked clean. I sold it for 2000 and bought a 95 Nissan Pathfinder and 2 months later fell asleep and flipped it end over end. www.myspace.com/adamtaylor. <--- to see the aftereffects. I "had" to get a rear wheel drive car and always dreamed of a turbocharger. I spoke with my family about it and they helped me out with trying to find a car. One day my dad comes home and says that one of his friends has a Supra for sale. I didn't know much about them at the time. I researched the year that he said it was and saw that there was a turbo option. OMG!!! A TURBO!!! I thought to myself, "I can't get my hopes up. Turbo's are rare to find and if it is it's probably ragged out." We went to the guy's house to check it out. It was on a rack because the starter was going out on it. As soon as I walked in (the back of the car was facing me), I saw the "TURBO" badge. Of course, from then on I had a grin on my face. It only had 88,000 miles, 40,000 since a HG replacement. After a few days of driving it I bought it for 3500. Best decision I think I've made.

I bought mine from a guy who knew nothing about it for $1100 and sold it for $4400. I sold it because I was in school and needed something that didn;t require all my time. So after school I bought the supra

Around
first car, bought when i was 15 for $300, and put back together. someone else had started to restore it, but stopped midway. right now it's sitting at my house, waiting for me to get "done" with the supra, then it gets a body-off full restoration. :)

1971 chevy c-10 stepside shortbed. inline 6, 3 speed manual, 150hp, 215tq. (i have a mildly built chevy 350 4 bolt, high compression heads, double sprung valves, holley 850cfm carb motor waiting to go in... ;))

then i got my supra. here's the first pic i've ever posted of it. it's about to undergo a full body restoration, so please dont mind the rust. ;) picked it up when i was 18 or 19 for $820 off ebay. 86.5 N/A 5 speed, now turboswapped with 300+rwhp. :)
p149162_2.jpg

aaand here's my daily driver. paid like $3000 for it. '94 toyota 4x4, 31" tires, AM wheels (i know, i know, but they look good/came with it), bedliner, full pushbar/brushguard, and i slapped some foglights on there too. VERY clean interior, minor body rust, all black, gray interior. 4 cylander, 5 speed. heh, over the summer, when i daily drive the supra, i'm getting an ENGNBLDR head for it with oversized valves and a cam, along with a header and removing tha cat. i'll be around 150-160hp. i just need it to have a bit more... pep. :)

Hmmm, now I'm not sure about the year on that. I was doing that from memory. Maybe it was a 77 Celica GT.
Crap, I don't even know if I have any info on that one still around here.

1987 Audi 5000cs quattro turbo. (daily beater)
germans know how to make a car, 212k miles and counting with boost driven hella hard, bought this just to last one winter and have TRIED to break stuff, all i did was blow hte hg, threw an oem on w/ NO prepwork just scraped head and block and it sill hits 7.5k rpm and shoots up steep mountains in ice without a hitch, props to ze germans. if you want a daily BEATER with heated seats and more creature comfort than a supra, get this!

My first car was a 1979 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight Regency. Auto tranny, 6.6L V-8, 8-track in the dash, 6 seat belts and 20-body trunk. It was a yacht with wheels. I loved it.

Second car was a 1991 Pontiac Grand Prix. I really grew to dislike that car, especially after changing several batteries and alternators in the course of a year.

'87 Civic 1.3 AT (sold after 6 months)
'94 Civic 1.5 AT (sold after 1 year)
'89 Mitsu Starion turbo MT (been sitting in the garage for 3 years now, needing rebuild)
'92 Supra turbo AT (sitting in the garage, needing rebuild)

The Mitsu is getting rebuilt soon (hopefully), after that I'll revive the Supra as soon as my funds have recovered... currently I'm driving an '89 Volvo 240 station wagon :aigo:
The Civics and the Mitsu were completely stock, I only got into modding after I bought the Supra...
