No there isn't a idle screw on the TB. At least one that you're suppost to screw with ;)Idle is controled by the ECU.

well, i think i figured out what's up with my Supra... The ISC valve might have a significant role in not lett'n my car idle right. Strangely enough, the ISC makes the 'clicking' noise when i turn the engine off, just like it's supposed to. I took it out anyway and bench tested it... turns out that it don't work. i'm gett'n another one 2day, that sould fix it.
