Check for play in your transmission's output bearing. A loose one will cause noise and vibration that comes and goes with power and coasting, much like a loose u-joint.

Auto Zone = Cheap crappy Chinese bearing that will not last. You get this from most of the local auto parts stores.

If you want it fixed right, and less chances for problems either go with the Toyota Bearing or go one piece shaft.

Hint: you do not have to go with the Aluminum, steel is also available if you are worried about harmonical vibration which is very rare to get and will also hold over 500hp.
